Black Rose Designs LLC was born from the hard work and camaraderie of four companions who gathered on weekends to battle mythical beasts in Dungeons and Dragons over dinner. Our unique skill sets, expertise, and passion for the game have inspired us to create bespoke items for D&D and Pathfinder gameplay, including dice and rolling trays. Additionally, we collaborate with local businesses to craft unique pieces of art for their employees, supporting small enterprises along the way. 🌟🗡️🔮🎨🌿
Bash Owner, CEO, Assistant R&D
Bash is married to Petals, and together they have two beautiful daughters, and a Pitt/Boxer mix, Noodle, who forgets he is a dog. Bash handles most of the business end of stuff, as well as being the primary worker of the CNC and laser engraver and manages most of the commission work. He is also assisting Hydra with R&D.
Petals Chief of Business Administration, Chief Dice Maker
Petals is married to Bash, and the wonderful mother to their two adorable children…and their pupper, Noodle. She is the primary dice maker, sander, painter, polisher…really anything with dice, it’s her gig. She also has been managing our media pages and content creation. She is really awesome.
Hydra Owner, COO, Director of R&D
Hydra is a Navy Nuke Veteran. He loves diving into the lore of all things D&D and Pathfinder, and loves to GM. He is the brains behind our dice and dice trays. He has a few new ideas brewing, so stay tuned for more awesome items from the beautiful mind of Hydra. When he is not R&D’n Hydra assists Bash with the CNC, laser and commissions that come in.
Moose Owner, CMO, Wood Guy
Moose is married to LT (Mrs. Moose), with two beautiful daughters, an adorable fluffy Husky, Tenaya. Moose also loves DnD Lore, and has been our GM for the majority of our campaigns in DnD.
Beefcake Owner, Wood Guy
Beefcake is married to Mrs. Beefcake, and together they have 3 puppies (they just got married so give them time). Beefcake spends the majority of our campaigns stuck in a bear rug eating cheese (it’s a long story). He also tends to be very stealthy as a giant. In the shop, he helps Bash cut wood to size, and also cuts all the leather for the inside of relics.
Qwan, Business Compass, Dice Modeler, and Leather Guy
Qwan is an Air Force veteran who encountered the owners during his adventures in Azeroth. He has been a staunch supporter of the business from its inception. He volunteered to model our dice models, adding a unique touch to them. Additionally, he has embarked on crafting high-quality leather bags and accessories, which will soon be available on our website. Qwan consistently provides a voice of reason and offers an external perspective when we seek advice. He is an essential member of our team, and his support has been pivotal to our success.

Bean is a commercial artist, creativity is a daily pursuit, blending aesthetics to produce compelling visuals. Disciplined and resilience forged from being a combat veteran providing a unique perspective on life and work, valuing peace and stability above all. His analytical skills of an IT specialist enable problem-solving in a digital age, while a love for experimentation keeps the spirit of innovation alive. And, as a foodie, the exploration of culinary arts offers a sensory journey through flavors and cultures.
